For more than 25 years, Charles has been involved in the marketing and strategic positioning of many of the most prestigious developments in prime central London. His areas of expertise include assembling and managing best-in-class marketing, sales and after-sales teams, creating unrivalled customer journeys, and forming global strategies for complex and demanding sales campaigns.
Charles was Sales Director at Finchatton for eight years, where he managed highly successful campaigns for over £2 billion of real estate, including Twenty Grosvenor Square serviced by Four Seasons, The Whiteley serviced by Six Senses, and Kingwood, all of which broke sales records. Prior to that he was a Senior Director and Head of International Sales and Consultancy at CBRE, and Partner and head of Prime Development at Knight Frank.
