Head of Customer Care
Katherine started her career in the property industry over 20 years ago as an estate agent in Cheltenham. Katherine moved into Super-Prime Property Management 15 years ago, working first at private family offices before moving to Knight Frank, where she led the Super Prime Property Management Department.
Subsequently, Katherine joined Charles Leigh at Finchatton as Head of After-Sales & Customer Care to assist Buyers through the completion, handover and after-sales processes at the Four Seasons Residences at Twenty Grosvenor Square and Kingwood in Hans Place. Her forte is maintaining strong communication and creating long-standing relationships with Clients and Customers.
Now at The Whiteley, Katherine is responsible for the set-up and mobilisation of the building prior to welcoming home owners, guiding them through moving in, and looking after our owners for years to come.
